IMG_0882Tonight was the last night I got to spend with my favorite roommate in Milan so when I came home from the gym we decided to cook something nice. We had some carrot soup first (really good but ready made from the supermarket so won’t bother you with that) And then we made some nice chicken dish. As dessert we had some yogurt with dried fruits, coconut and cinnamon. We like to have the same stuff from breakfast till dinner, I guess I never met someone before whose taste is as similar as mine, so doing grocery shopping wasn’t hard.

What we made tonight was a mix of broccoli, sliced carrots and sliced zucchini topped with a bit goat cheese in the oven for about 20/25 min on 200 C with baked chicken with basil and pepper, and a salad from mixed lettuce, red bell pepper, tomatoes, chickpeas, borlotti beans, flaxseeds and walnuts.

Yes, that’s red wine out of a water glass. Living healthy doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy so now and then. And the glass.. well beside some old coffee mugs there are no others to find in this kitchen. Just making the best of what we’ve got.
