IMG_1281Who says chocolate cakes has to be unhealthy?




  • 0,75 dl whole-wheat flour (oat flour, almond flour or whatever other kind of healthy flour will work too)
  • 1 dl milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 or 3 tablespoon cacao
  • 1 big ripe banana (the riper, the sweeter, the better)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
  • some raisin and walnuts (optional)IMG_1098
  • Pre-heat the oven to 175 C
  • Mash ¾ of the banana and mix it with the egg, milk, flour and c until you’ve got a smooth dough
  • Add the peanut butter, raisins and walnutsIMG_1099
  • But a bit oil ( or whatever you want to use to not make it stick) in a oven tray and at the dough
  • Top it with the banana and other toppings if you like
  • Put it in the oven for about 10 min
