My instargam feed was full of nice green smoothies the last couple days and that really made me crave one today. So I decided to make my own this afternoon. I didn’t really use any recipe, I just threw all green the stuff I had in the fridge together. This is what I used:
Some spinach, about ½ baby cucumber, one kiwi, some lemon juice, about 3 table spoons of natural yogurt, a small glass of soya milk, some grated coconut, flaxseeds and chiaseeds.
It turned out pretty well although I would have like it to be a bit more sweet. Besides of the kiwi and the bit sweet taste of the soya milk there was nothing really sweet in there so I would recommend to or add some honey or stevia next time if you use the same ingredients or just add some more fruit. I think next time I’ll just leave out a bit of the cucumber and add some banana, that makes everything more sweet!
O well, it wasn’t perfect but it did taste good. Just a nice try I wanted to share with you guys. I’m not a smoothie pro yet but I’m sure getting addicted to them 🙂
