IMG_3658Well, just because they taste good.




  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons cottagecheese
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Hand full of cherries (all other berries can be used too)
  • Some raisins (optional)
  • Pre heat the oven to 170 C
  • Mix all the ingredients  except of the cherries and raisins together, the dough will have some lumps because of the cottage cheese but that’s fine
  • Add the cherries and  raisins and mix well
  • But some oil (or whatever you want to use to not make them stick) in muffin baking trays (or small coffee mugs will work fine too) and put the dough in there
  • Put them in the oven for 8 to 12 minutes
  • Enjoy!
