IMG_4134Another way to make easy, healthy, fluffy, pancakes.

Ingredients:

  • 0,75  dl oats
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon milk (I used soya)
  • 2 egg whites
  • Hand full of raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chiaseeds (optional)
  • Mix the oats, yogurt, milk and eggs to a smooth dough
  • Add the raisins and chiaseeds and mix wellIMG_4131
  • Put some oil (or whatever you want to use to not make them stick) in a pan, put on medium heat and make little pancakes with a big spoon
  • Flip them after a couple minutes and fry them until they are light brown
  • Top it with whatever kind of fruit and/or yogurt you like and enjoy!

I made them for an Easter breakfast so I made two of them egg shaped and cut the others into little harts.IMG_4133IMG_4134
