I made this guilt free chocolate sauce based on cherries a couple days ago and that made me want to try more. I didn’t had any cherries left this morning so why not use banana? And yes, it tasted at least just as good. So I came up with this healthy chocolate mousse which you can turn into a sauce easily as well.
- ½ ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons cacoa
- 1 tablespoon milk (I used soya)
- 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
If you want it to be more liquid to use it as a sauce, just leave out the cottage cheese and add two more tablespoons (or more, depending on how liquid you want it to be) milk.
